Hotels and apps
by Lorr - 12:43 on 19 January 2012We have been hotel living now for two months. The room is large and adequate however we are lacking comfortable seating for watching tv and reading. As a result we end up sprawled on the beds, with the resultant backaches. Solution: Thanks to Android technology I have been able to download a Daily Yoga app onto my Galaxy Tab, which gives you a 10 minute workout of exercising. There is a separate App for backs, abs etc, and whilst I think the person illustrated in the App must be a contortionist the exercises are very good. With us now being water gypsies we walk a tremendous amount of the time. The App exercise helps to relieve the leg strain also.
